HOTEL SELECTIONS

We are offering 3-night, 2-night, and 1-night pre-cruise and 1-night & 2-night post-cruise hotel stays in both Lisbon & Barcelona. 
In addition to choosing how many nights you want, you can also select the class of accommodation your prefer -

Group Hotel packages include ground transportation to or from the ship, luggage handling, breakfast, & hospitality staff.
Preferred Hotel bookings offer our group rate at premier properties, luggage handling, & breakfast. 
Independent Hotels will be offered as an alternative to Group Hotel packages or Preferred Hotel bookings and can either be booked independently (on your own) based on our recommendations, or can be booked through Redwood Travel Partners at the published rates.

Pricing & availability is based on hotel selection, occupancy needed, and number of nights.

GROUP HOTELS
Our selection of Group Hotels has been personally vetted while on location in Barcelona & Lisbon. Factoring in location, pricing, room availability & quality, amenities, and group logistics - these Premium or Select hotels present the best of the best for our group arrangements. Group Hotel packages include ground transportation to (pre-cruise) or from (post-cruise) the ship, luggage handling, breakfast, group amenities in addition to those offered through the hotel, & Redwood Travel hospitality staff on location. 

PREFERRED HOTELS

Our Preferred Hotels have also been hand-selected from on location site visits and chosen for their premier locations, group pricing, and WOW! factor experience. These bookings offer our negotiated group rates at Luxury, Boutique or Premium hotels, luggage handling at the hotel, breakfast, & Welcome/Check-in packets from our Redwood Staff to keep you connected & informed. Due to the nature of their locations, bus transportation will not be offered to/from these hotels. However, group rates have been secured for these bookings. In lieu of hospitality staffing, you will receive advance information & welcome letters upon arrival with details on where to find our hospitality team within the city should you require assistance. Space will be limited with these sought-after hotel selections so book early to guarantee these exclusive options.​

INDEPENDENT HOTELS

Once our Group & Preferred Hotel options have limited availability, we will recommend hotels in both cities should you wish to choose another option. These can be booked on your own or we are happy to assist with the bookings at the published rates. All independent Hotels we recommend have been personally visited and suggested for their location, quality, and reputation. As we do not have contracted group rates with these hotels, published rates are subject to availability. These recommended hotels are ideal for those guests wishing to use hotel points or rewards.

REQUEST YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION

All hotel package pricing includes room & tax (6-10% VAT & city taxes pp pn) & other mandatory fees.
All hotel bookings are pre-pay in full by credit card at the time of booking. No payment plans or checks are accepted.
Cancellations with refunds less than 3% are available until October 15th, 2022.
After 10/15/22, NO cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.
