The response to our hotel packages has been incredible! While the majority of our packages sold out immediately during our hotel sale, we have now been able to accommodate the majority of guests on our request list by securing more rooms with our hotels over the last few months. While we are almost sold out, we still have a few hotel packages to offer. If you need accommodation, and your request matches our limited availability, please read the important details below.

If you have already confirmed a hotel package through us, we have sent you a separate email requesting important information from you so we can submit it to our hotels. This query allows for you to provide your bed request, loyalty numbers, and other requests as well as required information needed by our hotels. Please complete the information as soon as possible. Once this information is submitted to our hotels through our final rooming lists, we will be providing the hotel confirmation numbers and important details regarding your stay(s). As a reminder, for any details you might need regarding your hotel or what is included for your package, please review the hotel information on the Barcelona & Lisbon pages on this site.

Preferred Hotel bookings offer our group rate at premier properties, luggage handling at hotel, & breakfast.
Independent Hotels are recommended as an alternative to Group Hotel packages or Preferred Hotel bookings and can be booked independently (on your own) based on our recommendations.

HOTEL RESERVATION TERMS
All hotel package pricing includes room & tax (6-10% VAT & city taxes pp pn) & other mandatory fees.
All hotel bookings are pre-pay in full by credit card at the time of booking. No payment plans or checks are accepted.
Cancellations with refunds less than 3% were available until October 15th, 2022. After this time, all hotel packages are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless selling as a package if you sell your cruise to another guest).
After 10/15/22, NO cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.
